The name of the web site comes from page 92 of a book that a lot of people call the 12 by 12. I find that by admitting I'm frequently wrong I don't get into the same useless game of having to prove I'm right. Quite often if a discussion gets too far enough outside the norm (so as to make someone honestly question my logic or motives) I am wrong.. Most people seem, to me, to have difficulty admitting they make mistakes or just don't have all the information to be right all the time. This inability to get past "being" right all the time seems to get most people into trouble and causes a lot of disharmony..

Just look what is happening in today's society. Famous celebrities, politicians and business leaders, those that used to condemn others for their "wrongs", are now being exposed for having the very same problems as those they accuse (read that condemn). Very few of them can say those three little words that are the start of earning back or keeping trust "I was wrong". Most will try to offer up lame answers like "I miss-spoke" or "You don't understand what I said". I have had that problem and to some extent still do. This web site (being a labor of love) reminds me that I'm not perfect and my goal is to become less wrong every day and to understand that there may me more than one correct viewpoint about what is right.

Being wrong isn't a sin. It is just being wrong. Once one changes their attitude to accept that the possibility of their being wrong is real, they open themselves up to the possibility of finding the truth. Before becoming aware of the possibility of error, we are blind and can not progress or learn. Remember for centuries the world was flat! The sun revolved around the Earth and to say anything different (or worse yet to believe it) was heresy.

I personally believe I cannot forgive others for what I hold myself in guilt for.Since there is no guilt in being in error, then I can forgive myself and others. I am frequently wrong. So are you!

Live with it, get over it and have a great life!
